Junfeng He, L.Ac., Ph.D.
Dr. He has more than twenty years of experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), including clinical practice, education, and research. He holds a Ph.D. in Acupuncture, is certified by the National Certification Board for Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine (NCBAHM), and is licensed to practice acupuncture in Oregon and Nebraska.
Dr. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, a Master of Medicine degree in TCM Diagnostics, and a Ph.D. in Acupuncture from Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Prior to settling in Corvallis, Oregon, he practiced in China, Sioux Falls (South Dakota), and Eugene (Oregon).
Dr. He has extensive clinical experience working with a wide range of conditions, including acute and chronic pain, digestive concerns, respiratory conditions, allergies, and women’s health concerns such as menopausal symptoms. Before moving to the United States, he served as Chief TCM Physician and Vice President at the Second Affiliated Integrative Medicine Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He was also a Professor of TCM Diagnostics and a Ph.D. advisor at Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Dr. He was a visiting Scholar at Utah State University for one and a half years. He has published more than eighty academic papers, edited eight professional books, supervised over ten Ph.D. and Master’s students, and received multiple national research grants related to acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
