At our clinic, we strive to make your care experience as smooth and convenient as possible.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and remain in network with many commercial insurance plans, including:
Coverage and benefits vary by plan. If you have questions about your acupuncture benefits, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider or our office.
To maintain scheduling availability and ensure high-quality care, our Medicaid / OHP / IHN new-patient panel is currently full.
We are not accepting new Medicaid / OHP / IHN patients at this time.
This does not affect current patients who are already established with us.
New patients with these plans may still be seen on a self-pay basis if they wish.
These plans are state-funded insurance programs, and it is common for provider panels to reach capacity. We appreciate your understanding and will update this page if our availability changes in the future.
Original Medicare
Traditional / Original Medicare does not cover acupuncture services.
Patients with Original Medicare as their primary insurance may still receive treatment on a self-pay basis.
Medicare Advantage
Due to limited provider capacity, we are not accepting most new Medicare Advantage patients.
We are not accepting new patients with Medicare Advantage plans administered by ASH, ChooseHealthy, Health Net / WellCare, Cigna, or Providence Medicare Advantage.
We are an in-network provider with certain AARP Medicare Advantage / UnitedHealthcare plans. However, most of these plans do not include acupuncture benefits. If acupuncture is not a covered benefit, treatment is available on a self-pay basis.
New patients with these plans may be accepted on a limited, case-by-case basis.
Existing Medicare Advantage patients may continue care as usual.
If your plan does not include acupuncture benefits, you are welcome to receive treatment on a self-pay basis.
For patients with more than one insurance plan.
We bill primary insurance only.
Secondary insurance is not billed or coordinated by our clinic.
Any remaining balance after primary insurance payment is the patient’s responsibility.
Beginning January 1, 2026, our clinic will no longer accept the following insurance plans for billing:
Patients with these plans may still receive care at our clinic on a self-pay basis.
This change does not affect other commercial insurance plans listed above.
If you have questions about your coverage or self-pay options, please contact your insurance provider or our office for assistance.
